Who we are

QeFX (www.qefxmoney.com) is operated by QeFX Group, a subsidiary of Kachere Holdings. This policy explains what data QeFX processes and why.

Using QeFX without an account

The converter, rates, currency pages, Travel Mode and comparison tools work without an account. Conversions are calculated in your browser. Preferences such as your theme, Travel Mode currencies and comparison list are stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Information you send us

• Contact form: your name, email, topic and message, used only to reply to you.
• Rate alerts: your email and alert settings, used only to send the alerts you asked for, once alerts are live.
• Accounts (optional): your email address, managed by our authentication provider, Supabase.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Exchange rates are fetched by our servers from ExchangeRate-API and Frankfurter (ECB data); your browser doesn’t contact them.
• Country flags load from flagcdn.com, which receives standard request data (such as your IP address).
• The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request logs to operate the service.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you via the contact page.
